Springtime Tango Foxtrot and Zen

Our seasonal training shifts to the new schedule at the end of March—through Halloween 2020—we’ll be outdoors, tapping into Nature timing.

On-going classes will be offered, starting:

  • Tuesday 31st March—5.30pm – 7pm—Wing Chun
  • Wednesday 1st April—8am – 9am—Yong Ti Boxing
  • Thursday 2nd April—5.30pm – 7pm—Wing Chun
  • Friday 3rd April—5.30 – 7pm—Kali
  • Saturday 4th April—9am – 10.30am—Qigong

Martialworks offers training in complete system Wing Chun/Ving Tsun Kung Fu and Pekiti Tirsia Kali.

Our Yong Ti, or Function Control Boxing utilizes a combination of exercises from Tai Chi and Baguazhang boxing styles, with emphasis on moving meditation for health, happiness and longevity.

Qigong class uses a combination of moving, seated and lying down meditation, with focus on flexibility and deep relaxation.

Martialworks is a closed door membership based School, if you would like to enter the School, you will need to clear “Foundation Training” with one of our certified professional Instructors. This requires 6 weeks of one-on-one training, inside of which the basic skill sets—essential to the participation in, and enjoyment of—our intensive trainings.
